How to register with PayPal
On the first page, you choose type of account.
Choose Personal Account.
The two other account types are for those who want to sell something via
the internet.
Under Select the country or region where you live, you press the grey
button to the right of the text and choose your country.
Then press, continue down on the right side of the page.
The picture below shows how to register your personal
and contact information.
Fields marked optional do not have to be filled in.
If you register something incorrectly, the field will be marked with a
red warning.
In the field Home Telephone, do not write the country
code, only the phone number.
The phone number in the picture below is correctly submitted.
The picture below shows how to enter
Email address and password.
Email address and password are entered twice to avoid
error.
Your Email address will become your username later, and your password
must contain more than 8 symbols, all different. Do not enter, for
example, 11111111.
Under Password Recovery, you must select a
security question.
You will use this if you should forget your password.
As an example, I have chosen my place of birth as
Security Question No. 1, and the maiden name of my mother
as Security Question No. 2.

This picture shows how to enter the security code from
the yellow box into the text field.
This security control must be entered exactly as shown.
Then press the Sign Up button to continue.
Here you choose your type of credit card and enter the information required by PayPal.
Here you may register a billing address if don't want post sent to your home address. Press the Add Card button down to the right, and you are finished.
